6. Libraries and Other Academic Resources
The University Libraries
The libraries of the University, one of the largest academic libraries in North America, include the University of Texas Libraries, the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History, the Harry Ransom Center, and the Joseph D. Jamail Center for Legal Research: Tarlton Law Library. The libraries are open and information services are available to the University community and to visitors, including students and faculty members from other institutions.
