Exploration of the theories and methods involved in the production of installation sculpture through the investigation of form and space and of their function in transforming environmental, architectural, or invented sites. Three class hours a week for one semester. May be repeated for credit when the topics vary. Prerequisite: For majors in the Department of Art and Art History, upper-division standing; for others, upper-division standing and consent of instructor.
