Explore contemporary social and political life in urban South Korea, including corporations, factory work, consumption, activism, popular culture, and changing gender systems and roles. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Asian Studies 358G and 361 (Topic 25) may not both be counted. Prerequisite: Upper-division standing.
