Examine work made in the past several decades by independent film-makers from different parts of the world, including the United States, which speaks to the history, challenges, and multiple identities of people in the African Diaspora. Art History 345N and 373D (Topic: Cinema of African Diaspora) may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
