Examine the art of the later Middle Ages in Italy (1200-1400), including work by Giotto, Duccio, Nicola and Giovanni Pisano, and Arnolfo de Cambio. Only one of the following may be counted Art History 329T, European Studies 337N, 347 (Topic 49). Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
