Focuses on the business aspect of performing arts and, in particular, nonprofit, mission-based arts organizations with an emphasis on organizational structure; budget development and management; strategic planning; trustee development; trustee/staff relations; fundraising; marketing and publicity; audience development, development of outreach programming; box-office management; operations and human resources; and collective bargaining agreements/labor relations, and contract negotiation.
