Explore finite and infinite imagery; conjugate planes, back focal plan manipulation, Abbe theory image formation, point spread functions, camera principles, fluorescence, and advanced fluorescence techniques, and build an optical microscope. One and a half lecture hours and three laboratory hours a week for one semester.
