Understanding of the nature of expertise and related subjects of cognitive psychology and human-made interaction to be able to design more effective systems for supporting medical decision making. Biomedical Engineering 358 and 377T (Topic: Medical Decision Making) may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: The following coursework with a grade of at least C-: Biomedical Engineering 313L or Computational Engineering 311K, Biomedical Engineering 214L, and Biomedical Engineering 335 or Mechanical Engineering 335.
Restrictions: Restricted to biomedical engineering majors.
