The design and development of a working biomedical engineering device prototype. Focus on the full engineering design process, including reviews and documentation, and general project management strategies. Also considers the impact of markets, budgets, and the FDA on device requirements and design. Biomedical Engineering 251 and 261L may not both be counted. Two lecture hours and three laboratory hours a week for one semester.
