Molecular energy levels, statistical thermodynamics (macroscopic thermodynamic functions from molecular input), and physical and chemical kinetics, with emphasis on the molecular viewpoint. Chemistry 354C and 354L may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
