CHE X49D CHE 349D Dynamics in Ecology and the Environment 3 Hours
3 Lecture Hours 0 Lab Hours
Examine the Earth's natural processes, populations, and systems. Explore the Earth's dynamic systems and how they change with time in response to a variety of disturbances. Use mathematical models to aid in understanding these dynamic systems and to estimate the impact of manmade disturbances. Discuss current environmental and ecological problems. Chemical Engineering 349D and 379 (Topic: Dynamics in Eco and Env) may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: Upper-division standing and consent of instructor.
Grading: Letter Grade
Repeatable for credit: No
