Explore strategic business communications skills, including effective oral, written, and digital communication, across diverse audiences, presentations, and document types. Examine audience analysis, basic communication theory, interpersonal communication, and teamwork. The equivalent of three lecture hours a week for one semester. Only one of the following may be counted: Communication 324C, 324H, 324M, Business Administration 324, 324H. Offered on the letter-grade basis only. Prerequisite: Credit or registration for Business Administration 101H or 101S or 101T; and one of the following: English 303C (or 603A), Rhetoric and Writing 306, 306Q, 309J (or 309K), or Tutorial Course 303C (or 603A).
