Examine the scope and nature of professional activities of electrical engineers, including problem-solving techniques; analysis and design methods; engineering professional ethics; analysis of linear and non-linear analog circuits, including Thevenin/Norton equivalents, two-port networks, frequency domain analysis, mesh analysis, and nodal analysis; and operational amplifiers (DC response). Only one of the following may be counted: Electrical and Computer Engineering 302, 302H, Electrical Engineering 302, 302H. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
