Supervised individual instruction designed to offer students an introduction to principles of foreign language education and the opportunity to teach German in local elementary schools. May be repeated for credit, but no more than three semester hours may be counted toward a degree in the College of Liberal Arts. May not be counted toward a major in German. Weekly class meetings for four weeks, followed by one, two, or three student teaching hours a week for eight weeks. Additional class meetings may also be required.
