Determining what the Constitution means, how to determine what it means, and who should determine what it means. Only one of the following may be counted: Core Texts and Ideas 326 (Topic: Constitutional Interpretation), 326 (Topic 1), 326C, Government 357C, 357M (Topic 5). Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
