Study diversification of living and fossil organisms, including speciation, biogeography, taxonomy, and phylogeny of genes, species, and higher taxa. Biology 471 and Integrative Biology 471 may not both be counted. Three lecture hours and three laboratory hours a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: Biology 325 or 325H, and Integrative Biology 370 (or Biology 370) with a grade of at least C-.
