Examine the representation of debtors and secured creditors in chapter 11 bankruptcy. Participate in further study and application of the basic concepts of business bankruptcy, with emphasis on structuring and drafting. Law 142R and Law 192S may not both be counted. One lecture hour a week for one semester.
