Examine advanced corporation law, including enterprise and securities valuation, capitalization, senior securities, distributions to shareholders, voluntary reorganizations, and business combinations. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester. Law 254, 354, 454 and Law 284F, 384F, 484F may not both be counted. Prerequisite: Law 274K, 374K, 474K, 574K, 292C, 392C, 492C, or 592C.
