Examine the law applicable to the business of using the oceans and other navigable waters to transport people, goods, and materials, and the related business of exploring for oil and gas beneath those waters. Law 277, 377, 477 and Law 290P, 390P, 490P may not both be counted. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
