Examine the promulgation, interpretation, and administration of substantive laws of crime; constitutional limitations and relevant philosophical, sociological, and behavioral science materials. Law 323, 423, 523 and Law 380J, 480J, and 580J may not both be counted. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
