An introduction to traditional election law. Explore the constitutional, legal, and policy considerations that govern redistricting and campaign finance; laws and policies that govern the administration of elections; and an overview of issues currently confronting the field of election law and administration. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
