Explore the basics of persuasive techniques in all litigation settings, including pretrial motions, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, voir dire, and trial. Participate in a mock trial. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester. Law 176N, 276N, 376N, 476N, 576N, 676N and Law 187E, 287E, 387E, 487E, 587E, 687E may not both be counted. Offered on the pass/fail basis only.
