Examine legal issues involved in the acquisition of business enterprises by multinational corporations: initial negotiations, documentation, financial structuring of the purchase, and sale of business enterprises. Law 274J, 374J and Law 293C, 393C may not both be counted. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
