Examine the preparation of a civil case for trial, including ethical considerations and client relations, preparation of pleadings, preparation of discovery requests and responses to discovery requests, taking depositions, handling experts, evaluation of cases, and final trial preparation. Law 276T, 376T and Law 294T, 394T may not both be counted. For each semester hour of credit earned, the equivalent of one lecture hour a week for one semester.
