An examination of law pertaining to estates and interests in land, conveyances and mortgages, brokers, easements, contracts, default and foreclosure. Legal Environment of Business 363 and 170 (Topic 13), 270 (Topic 13), 370 (Topic 13) may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: Thirty semester hours of undergraduate coursework.
