Overview of the personnel function, covering recruitment, compensation, equal employment, job analysis, training, benefits, employee discipline, collective bargaining, safety, and health. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Human Dimensions of Organizations 325 and Management 325 may not both be counted. Prerequisite: Credit or registration for Human Dimensions of Organizations 310, 320, Management 334M, 336, or 336H.
