Ethical issues in health care and related legal concerns; contradictions, inconsistencies, and competing views that lead to dilemmas in health care. Emphasis on resolving ethical dilemmas through ethical reasoning and ethical obligations in health professional-patient relationships; and just allocation of scarce health care resources. Nursing 321 and 321H may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
