Supervised individual undergraduate research in nutrition. May be repeated for credit, but no more than four semester hours may be counted toward a degree in nutrition. Any additional hours must be taken on the pass/fail basis. Nutrition 355 and 355H may not both be counted. For each semester hour of credit earned, at least three laboratory hours a week for one semester.
