Research in biological, biochemical, or nutritional science, coordinated with readings of scientific literature, and a written research report for each semester in which credit is sought. Nutrition 355 and 355H may not both be counted. May be repeated for credit, but no more than nine semester hours may be counted toward the major in nutrition. Any additional hours must be taken on the pass/fail basis.
