Supervised practice in food service facilities. Forty hours of supervised practice a week for four weeks.
Pre/Corequisites: Nutrition 245C and 355M with a grade of at least C- in each, and admission to the Coordinated Program in Dietetics. Students must register for Nutrition 373S in the same semester.
