An advanced survey of neurotransmitters and systems in the brain. Covers experimental approaches and pharmacological analysis at behavioral, neurochemical, and neuroanatomical levels to determine mechanisms of actions of drugs that act on the brain. Neuroscience 383D and Pharmacy Graduate Studies 383D may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
