An intensive study of Kant's Critique of Pure Reason, focusing especially on his "Copernican Revolution," his theories of categories and concepts, and his rejection of metaphysics. Philosophy 329M (Topic 1) and 329P may not both be counted. Three lecture hours or two lecture hours and one discussion hour a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: Upper-division standing and at least three semester hours of coursework in philosophy.
