Laboratory practice related to the pharmacist's consultant role in nonprescription product selection (including complementary and alternative medicine) and non-pharmacologic recommendations in self-care; includes fieldwork in a community pharmacy. Only one of the following may be counted: Pharmacy PharmD 182P, 182I, Pharmacy 172P. One lecture hour and three laboratory or fieldwork hours a week for one semester.
