Explore aspects of contemporary Turkish society and culture while building intercultural communicative competence in modern Turkish through listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities in and outside of class. Focus on daily life and material culture, and guides students to develop efficient reading, listening, and viewing strategies. Turkish 329 (Topic: Turkish Society and Culture) and 329D may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
