Intensive cultural and literacy-focused training in Turkish at the low-intermediate level in preparation for research in the Turkic-speaking world or with Turkish sources. Incoming students are placed in the appropriate level by means of a departmental placement test. Six lecture hours a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: Graduate standing and Turkish 381H with a grade of at least B.
