Painting, textiles, ceramics, sculpture, performance, mixed media, photography, films, and the aesthetic ideas behind the production of African visual cultures from the perspectives of rituals, rites of passage, celebrations, initiations, documentations, and expressions. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
