Students in the graduate program in management concentrate in either organization science (typically specializing in organizational behavior) or strategic management.

Admission
Admission to the program is very competitive. Admission decisions are made by Doctoral Admissions Committee and based on a consideration of multiple factors including the applicant's test scores, academic credentials, prior research experience in management and related disciplines, personal statement of purpose, and letters of recommendation.
Students must enter the program in a fall semester.

Requirements
The Master of Science in Management degree is offered in three options: with thesis, with report, and without thesis or report. Depending on the option chosen, between 30 and 36 semester hours of credit are required. All coursework must be logically related and must be approved by the Department of Management Graduate Studies Committee.
