The Master of Arts with a major in theatre and specialization performance as a public practice is restricted to students enrolled in the PhD program. The Master of Arts in teacher training is currently not accepting new students.

Admission
Students must hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States or a comparable degree from a foreign academic institution. Adequate preparation in the field of specialization in theatre, dance, and/or performance.

Additional Requirements and Policies
At least 15 hours of coursework must be in the major; at least six must be outside the major. Other coursework is determined following an evaluation of the student’s background and preparation.
