Business Analytics (BBA)
Department website: https://www.mccombs.utexas.edu/undergraduate-programs/bba/
The BBA business analytics curriculum equips students to define business problems clearly and solve them using data‑driven methods. It develops leaders who can interpret evidence, collaborate effectively, and guide decision‑making across organizations.
Students gain experience with statistical analysis, data mining, natural language processing, optimization, and machine learning, applying these tools to real challenges in finance, marketing, supply chain management, and other fields. The program also emphasizes the ethical considerations involved in designing, developing, and using analytical technologies.
