Discuss an extensive overview of mechanics-related subjects including stress, strain, fracture, delamination, instability, characterization, and important applications of thin films. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Engineering Mechanics 388T and 397 (Topic: Thin Film Mechanics) may not both be counted. Prerequisite: Graduate standing.
