Explore leadership and systems theories, including philosophies, cultures, structures, processes, information management, interprofessional communication, and other areas relevant to healthcare organizations. Examine the role of the Doctor of Nursing Practice nurse within the larger context of the health care system. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Nursing 395K and Nurse Professional 395K may not both be counted. Offered on the letter-grade basis only.
