Restricted to students in the College of Pharmacy. Develop framework, terminology, and critical thinking and empathy tools for engaging in productive conversations around difficult topics. Explore both differences and commonalities across and within social identities, dialogue about issues pertaining to systems of oppression and enhance intercultural competencies. Examine the meaning of social identities and how they intersect, influence and/or are influenced by others. Two lecture hours a week for one semester. Pharmacy PharmD 282R (Topic: Dialogue Across Difference) and 288G may not both be counted. Offered on the letter-grade basis only.
