ART 340F ART 340F. Digital Fabrication II. 3 Hours.
Restricted to studio art and art education majors. Advanced study of the artistic culture and techniques associated with digital visualization, three dimensional data acquisition, and various forms of digital fabrication including 3D Printing, computer numerical controlled milling, and Laser Cutting. Six laboratory hours a week for one semester. Offered on the letter-grade basis only. Prerequisite: Studio Art 320F and twelve additional hours of studio credit, with a grade of at least C in each.
