Same as Religious Studies 356R. Investigate the practices, premises, and cultural contexts of ancient Greek religion through direct study of ancient sources informed by modern critical approaches. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Only one of the following may be counted: Classical Civilization 348 (Topic: Ancient Greek Religion), 348M, Religious Studies 356R, 365 (Topic: Ancient Greek Religion). Prerequisite: Upper-division standing.
