Restricted to computational engineering majors. Subjects include real analysis of functions of one variable, linear operator theory, and ordinary differential equations. Three lecture hours a week for one semester. Prerequisite: Upper-division standing; Mathematics 427J, 427L, and either Mathematics 362K or Computational Engineering 362 with a grade of at least C- in each.
