Advanced study of theory, issues, and application of methods of measurement and diagnostic systems. Topics include techniques to estimate individual and group differences as these inform learning and behavior in educational and community settings. For 383C, three lecture hours a week for one semester. For 483C, three lecture hours and one-and-one-half laboratory hours a week for one semester.
