Explores development of leadership capacity to lead high-achieving, equitable, and socially just schools for all students in integrated ways, especially for students who have been traditionally underserved. Focus on research-based leadership practices for addressing inequities and ways to develop schools that give all students equitable opportunity for high academic achievement. Educational Administration 395E and Educational Leadership and Policy 384Q may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
