Survey of theoretical and empirical literature related to educational politics and policy concerning K-12 or higher education institutions, including political systems theory, intergovernmental relations, power and conflict, community relations and intergroup theory, and policies dealing with equity, quality, efficiency, and choice. Educational Administration 388P and Educational Leadership and Policy 390P may not both be counted. Three lecture hours a week for one semester.
