Enrollment in the Cooperative Superintendency Program (CSP) in educational leadership and policy. Covers leadership theory and models from multidisciplinary perspectives. Outlines the tasks associated with the role of the superintendent, along with processes, and relationships expected of the role. For each semester hour of credit earned, one lecture hour a week for one semester. Educational Administration 695 (Topic: ADVANCED ADMIN THRY & PRAC-CSP) and Educational Leadership and Policy 394T, 694T may not both be counted. Offered on the letter-grade basis only.
