Introduction to computational methods for the analysis of nucleic acid and protein sequences, with applications towards biological problems. Biology 321G and Integrative Biology 321G may not both be counted. Three lecture hours and two computer laboratory hours a week for one semester.
Pre/Corequisites: The following with a grade of at least C-: Biology 325 or 325H; Statistics and Data Sciences 320E or 328M.
